IN THE PRESENCE OF
GURUJI SRI VAST

Discovering the deeper dimension of Yoga

Guruji Sri Vast’s Teachings offer a different way of looking at life – inviting one to move beyond familiar conditioning and explore the nature of the Self, the body and our connection with Nature.

Inner Yoga is an expression of Guruji's own experience, and is part of this exploration: a journey of returning to the body’s natural state of being and experiencing life beyond the limitations of the human realm.

When you happen to sit on the sand, just sit.

When you are looking at a flower, just look at the flower.

A very small flower can reveal all the beauty of this existence, beyond the mind.

When you are immersed in that beauty your form is not valid anymore.

Guruji Sri Vast

Inner Yoga was the experience that my body went through during the shift which took place in me.

About Inner Yoga

Inner Yoga
– Yoga of the Cosmic Being

Inner Yoga is a spiritual and self-healing technique, conceived by Guruji Sri Vast. This practice focuses on returning the human body to its natural, unconditioned state and aligning it with the broader cosmic realm.

"Healing the Earth starts by healing our body."

It is a naturalization process that seeks to liberate one from deep-rooted social conditioning, past mental imprints, and learned desires that cause inner conflict.

Inner Yoga perceives the body as a sacred tool for transformation. It is an evolutionary step in the field of yoga, emphasizing the interdependency between the human body and nature. The interactive exercises with nature nurture and vitalize the body, bringing a state of inner peace and presence.

“Life is so beautiful.

Life is beyond any kind of definition,

beyond any kind of reference.

Life cannot be right or wrong according to any scriptures

or any theory or any believes. Life needs to be experienced on its own.

It needs to be sensed naturally without any reference.”

Guruji Sri Vast

    • Un-structuring, organic movements that allow the body to respond freely to its inner intelligence

    • Exercises designed to work directly on the body’s elemental balance and cosmic attunement

    • Specific breathing exercises paired with stretching to expand an individual's sensory capacity

    • A focus on activating the body's inherent wisdom so that natural healing can take place

    • Exercises that support one to enter into multidimensional experiences, which help one to go beyond the human realm

  • Inner Yoga is for everyone. It is simple and accessible, allowing each person to enter into their own experience of the practice. As the body has its own healing mechanism, Inner Yoga can influence the deepest levels of the physical, mental and spiritual states and should not be analysed, measured or controlled by the mind. The practices are explored slowly, allowing the body to discover each movement, each breath, in its own way.

The emphasis in Inner Yoga is on being present and allowing the body to move as far as it naturally needs to in each moment. Every body is unique, new each day, and does not need to be compared with another – perfect exactly as it is in that moment.

Inner Yoga is best practiced outdoors in Nature, allowing the senses and the body to reconnect with the natural environment. Loose, comfortable clothing allows the body to move freely without restriction.

This Retreat Experience

Held at Dhyana Retreats in India, the retreat unfolds in close connection with nature, spiritual practice and shared community life. It is a space to step out of familiar routines,  where the body and senses are given space to reconnect with their natural intelligence – opening into greater presence, clarity and transformation.

“When I hear Yoga,

I do not see a person standing upside down.

I do not see a person who is demonstrating postures.
 No.

I see Life. I see a person who is free.

I see a person who is naturally happy,

who is not doing anything extra to be happy.”
