Welcome to be in the profound presence of Guruji Sri Vast for a memorable 12-day retreat – an experience of devotion, love and spiritual realization. The ‘Awakening of the Self’ retreat begins with the celestial occurrence of the winter solstice, auspicious for spiritual evolution. It is a beautiful time of the year to nurture oneself in the graceful presence of the enlightened Master. It is an invitation to enter into the deepest sacred space within oneself, to explore the revival of one’s senses and to sense this life beyond one’s own limitations.
Guruji teaches celebration of life as a way to total liberation. The Teachings ignite liberation from one’s past imprints, conditions and boundaries, which brings self-transformation, coming closer to one’s natural state – the realized one.
In every human there is an inherent thirst to attain stillness and liberation. Throughout life all efforts are made in different ways and different forms, with the ultimate goal of finding one’s true Self. No matter what we do, and how we do it, we are looking for the awakened state, longing to recapture our natural inner peace, joy and freedom.

The retreat is for seekers, who are longing for clarity, new insights and inspiration to reconnect to one’s life, to spiritually evolve and to reach one’s highest potential and infinite joy. Program
With daily Satsang, Guruji accompanies us on a self-reflective journey towards our true Self. The Master gifts us with spiritual Sadhanas, which serve as life-transforming tools for inner growth. You are welcome to ask questions during the Satsang.
The retreat includes various devotional gatherings in the presence of the Master, a joyful, profound togetherness, meditation, yoga, chanting, and time for self-inquiry.
A festive Christmas and New Year’s celebration are also part of the program. The location of the retreat – Dhyana Retreats – is close to the ocean and has a beautiful beach property nearby, where participants will have the opportunity to attend yoga and have time for swimming.

The retreat is taking place in Divinya, a spiritual living and learning community that is inspired to bring the Sri Vast Teachings into a practical living experience. It is a space for self-transformation, where one can find companionship on the spiritual path in one’s search for clarity and inner peace. Retreat participants have the chance to be part of the Divinya community living exploring a life in peace and harmony. Divinya is located in a beautiful Swedish castle atmosphere with a few hundred hectares of ecological farms, old oak forests, fields, rolling hills and meadows, lakes and rivers, classical parks and alleys, fruit orchards and a big permaculture garden which give an experience of vastness and tranquility. During the winter months there are many people who are inspired by the Teachings of Guruji Sri Vast at Dhyana Retreats.
Dhyana Retreats is located along the coast of Tamil Nadu, next to Auroville town and Pondicherry city. The Center is 2 hours from the pilgrimage place Thiruvannamalai and 2 hours from Chennai International Airport. Most international arrivals are at night or early mornings. If you wish, the Center can arrange transport to welcome you at the airport.
Dhyana Retreats offers rejuvenating Ayurveda treatments and a holistic healing program called Divya Deha – The Divine Body. The programs range from 3-21 days and can be booked during the retreat or for an extended stay.

The café is available for a snack and something to drink during the day.
During your booking, you can choose between vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals.
3 meals per day are included in the retreat fee.Yes. The retreat is residential only. It is beneficial as many aspects of our retreat schedule are starting early morning and everyone can continuously take part in the entire experience of these 8 days.

Copenhagen Airport has direct trains (50 minutes) to Eslöv (the nearby train station). From Malmö International Airport you can take an airport bus to Malmö station and take a direct train from there to Eslöv.-
Cancellation up until 30 days before the retreat starting date
Up until 30 days before the retreat’s starting date you can cancel your participation and get a partial refund: minus €100 administration fee.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat starting date
Within 30 days before the retreat’s starting date, you can cancel your participation and get a partial refund: minus 50% of the retreat fee.

Cancellation due to illness
If you cannot attend the event due to illness and have a valid doctor’s confirmation you receive a full refund. Note: Once the retreat has started, no refunds are possible.

Cancellation during the retreat
Once the event has started, no refunds are possible. This applies also after check-in if you should fall ill or for any reason you cannot stay for the full duration of the retreat. Please note that your retreat participation can be canceled by the organization in case of non-compliance to the Divinya guidelines, hindering the retreat program, or occurring mental health problems.

Divinya cancels the retreat
In the unlikely event that Divinya cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund. We intend to communicate any decision to cancel the event at least 14 days in advance, with a reservation that unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from doing so

Two robes will be lent to you to wear during the retreat. Divinya has created their own clothing line ‘Colours of Freedom’ as an expression of a new reference of clothing.
We ask you to wear loose, comfortable clothes. During yoga, please do not wear tight-fitting clothes. In the Divinya boutique, you can buy yoga clothing, as well as robes.
The retreat is a complete 8-day residential program. Arrival is in the afternoon, and departure is in the morning of the 9th day. For your benefit, the retreat should be attended for the full 8 days, as it offers continuous guidance with each day building upon the previous one.
