This course introduces and prepare participants to apply the principles and ethics in Permaculture in multiple ways. This is an integrated practical and theoretical course, with hands on experience in our organic fruit and vegetable gardens. We will be using our own land, redesigning it according to the observations made through the new ways and techniques learned in Permaculture. The essential approach is to deepen the understanding of how sustainable landscaping is evolving in order to harmonize within its natural surrounding, being beneficial to the whole environment. This includes creating a nurturing living space for all beings including the native flora and fauna. The course includes group discussions and presentations, designs, time for observations and analyses, study visits to different locations and learning through the practical experiences and individual realization through observation.
