Inner Yoga y Conciencia de los Chakras

Sept 23 - Oct 2, 2013

Inner Yoga
Inner Yoga, conceived by Guruji Sri Vast, is a technique that reveals the natural state of being. A key to entering into the unknown, Inner Yoga explores the dormant wisdom within, allowing the individual to learn from nature. Inner Yoga is designed to bring a greater understanding of how we can naturally participate in every moment in this planetary life. The practices consist of many ‘asanas of nature’ and breathing exercises, liberating body, mind and senses from inherent imprints. Inner Yoga brings you into contact with your innate nature, the true Original Being, where yoga becomes a way of life rather than a mere practice - a new beginning to rediscover life on this planet.
Chakra Consciousness
Many healing traditions have adopted an understanding of the Chakra philosophy known in the Indian Yogic Wisdom. Translated from the Sanskrit as “wheel” or “turning”, Chakras are subtle energy centers located along the axis of the spine and continuing up beyond the physical body. Each of these interconnected animating centers has a particular consciousness and function for optimal wellbeing. Mental or physical information and imprints relating to each consciousness and function are stored in the corresponding centers, easily creating blockages and tensions in the physical body. Over an entire lifetime of accumulation, the body can develop friction, stress, stiffness and disease. By reconnecting with the nature body, the body is allowed to release tension and imprints, to de-structure the body and mind.
